★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei vários carros com a movidas, até aí ótimo, até o dia que eles ficaram tentando colocar a data de validade do meu cartão sem minha autorização ou qualquer tipo de contato comigo, alegando ter multas, de ano anterior. Sendo que todas as multas curtam no meu cartão de crédito E TODAS FORAM PAGAS, TENTATIVA DE FRUADE COM SUCESSO PRA ELES QUE ACABOU BLOQUEANDO MEU CARTÃO, E ELES COLOCANDO A TAL MULTA NO MEU CRÉDITO! A FALTA DE RESPEITO ENORME COM O CLIENTE! E pra várias não atendem, não me dão uma posição MUITO MENOS SOLUÇÃO
 I rented several cars with the Movidas, so far great, until the day they were trying to put the expiry date on my card without my authorization or any kind of contact with me, claiming to have fines, from the previous year. Since all the fines like on my credit card AND ALL HAVE BEEN PAID, SUCCESSFULLY ATTEMPTED TO THEM THAT ENDED BY BLOCKING MY CARD, AND THEY PUTTING SUCH A FINE ON MY CREDIT! THE HUGE LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER! And for many they do not answer, they do not give me a position MUCH LESS SOLUTION

Porém, o pessoal do atendimento que me deixou mais satisfeito!!!
Só precisam melhorar os valores dessa unidade... Muitas das vezes tem diferença das demais movidas que são próximas... O que faz vc ter que se direcionar a uma maior distância para alugar o carro.
No mais, ... SENSACIONAL!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essas locadoras que ficam dependendo do 'sistema' são péssimas. As máquinas respondem por seres humanos. Vc faz a reserva e check in virtual e somente na hora (que vc está programado para usar), que eles fazem análise de crédito. E se tiver impeditivo? Por que não analisam antes da pessoa ir na loja física? Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience in years. Left us with a simple I can’t find your reservation you have to talk to your agency. No offer no searching. Nada. I mean there was literally nothing to do. Not a single customer in sight and 3 people doing nothing. Obviously enjoining that as well. Till now I just had great experiences with Movida to be honest. That has changed today.
