FUJAM!! Em Porto seguro, NAO ALUGUE carros nesta empresa. Pessimo atendimento, super burocratica. Eles te atraem com melhores preços mas cobram por qq coisinha que nao estiver nas regras absurdas deles. O que acaba custando muito mais caro. Cheguei ao aeroporo as 7h30, nao havia ninguem na loja (apesar de o site dizer que é 24h), tinham 2 telefones na porta, liguei para os dois durante 45 minutos sem nenhuma resposta. A atendente chegou as 8h30 e minha reserva tinha caido pq eles cancelam automaticamente a reserva depois de uma hora do horario previsto. Minha reserva era prepaga, mas o estorno nao é feito automaticamente, precisei ligar para o SAC para pedir qdo fui i formada que seria cobrado30% da diária por no-show. Ou seja, eles não te atendem e te punem por vc ter tentado ser cliee deles.
RUN!! In Porto Seguro, DO NOT RENT cars from this company. Bad service, super bureaucratic. They lure you in with better prices but charge you for anything that isn't in their absurd rules. Which ends up costing a lot more. I arrived at the airport at 7:30 am, there was no one in the store (although the website says it is 24h), they had 2 phones at the door, I called them both for 45 minutes with no answer. The attendant arrived at 8:30 am and my reservation had been dropped because they automatically cancel the reservation after an hour of the scheduled time. My reservation was prepaid, but the chargeback is not done automatically, I had to call the SAC to ask when I was formed that I would be charged 30% of the daily rate for no-show. That is, they don't answer you and punish you for trying to be their cliee.

Reservamos o carro antes da chegada no aeroporto de Porto Seguro. Quando chegamos, uma fila grande para retirar e extremamente demorada a documentação para a retirada do veículo. Começou a chover muito e não havia local com possibilidade de fazer distanciamento social para se esconder da chuva. Viajei com idosos e crianças, todos se molharam. Alugamos um Sedan automático. No primeiro dia de passeio o veículo teve pane elétrica quando saíamos da praia para ir ao Hotel. Entramos em contato com a locadora e levou mais de duas horas para o guincho chegar. lembrando que estávamos com criança e idosos...o táxi que era para buscar as pessoas entrou em contato no dia seguinte para ir nos buscar, ou seja, se tivéssemos esperado, passaríamos a noite lá. No dia seguinte, meu esposo teve que ir até a locadora para pegar outro veículo. Mais tempo de passeio perdido. Nos deram um carro de categoria superior, para compensar o ocorrido, o que com certeza não compensou o estresse que passamos e a falta de respeito com que a empresa tratou a todos nós, principalmente idosos e criança. Além do fato de termos solicitado o parcelamento do pagamento e a cobrança do cartão veio à vista.

They gave us a superior car to make up for what had happened, which certainly didn't make up for the stress we went through and the lack of respect with which the company treated all of us, especially the elderly and children. In addition to the fact that we requested the payment in installments and the charge for the card came in sight.

Sou cliente Movida há quase 10 anos, mas tenho uma reclamação a fazer sobre a Movida de Porto Seguro. Locação realizada em Janeiro 2022. Através do App. Com 30 minutos de atraso do horário programado (devido falta de veículo para transporte até o local de retirada) o veículo já é descaracterizado, ou seja, reservamos 1 sedan, completo, e já não possuiam mais o carro. Indicaram um outro veículo disponível Gol, quando observamos os 2 pneus dianteiros necessitavam de troca "carecas". Observamos o WI (Tread Wear Indicator), indicador do desgaste do piso/banda de rodagem, que se o pneu já encostou neles, então está na hora de trocá-los. Recusamos, retirar esse veículo e então surgiu um novo sedan Cronos para substituir o Gol com pneus "carenas". Outro fato, quando cheguei na loja de retirada, eles não realizam o contrato, a van me transportou até a agência de frente ao Aeroporto, onde completei a assinatura do contrato levou 10 minutos, após. A atendende me chamou a van novamente para me buscar, esperei 40 minutos a van passou pelo local 2 vezes e mesmo acenando as mãos, não pararam, não tive outra alternativa a não ser caminhar até a loja... tempo muito chuvoso, por sorte a chuva havia parado... e minha família me ligando várias vezes preocupados.... lamentável essa situação de despreparo de atendimento dessa unidade para com o cliente. Essa foi a primeira vez que me aconteceu esse problema, já loquei carros em praticamente todas as capitais do país. Espero que observem e tenham mais cuidado com o tratamento com os clientes.

This was the first time this problem happened to me, I have already rented cars in practically all the capitals of the country. Tudo ótimo na minha primeira vez com a Movida. Lavagem simples ao devolver o veículo de R$ 30,00 reais super vale a pena, se souber com antecedência já deixe agendado na retirada do veículo a lavagem que sai mais barato!
Everything was great for my first time with Movida. Simple wash when returning the vehicle for R$ 30.00 reais is super worth it, if you know in advance, leave the wash scheduled when picking up the vehicle, which is cheaper!

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! I live in Porto Seguro and rent cars all the time. My experience with this company was the worst of my life. They are very strict with ridiculous rules and will make you pay for that. They attract you with good prices butt will rip you off with charges that they create saying that all is in the contract. We arrived to the airport at 7h30, nobody there evethough they say they are open 24h. There was a paper with 2 phone numbers that I called for 1h no answer. At 8h30 someone arrives, I tell what just happened and she says: I don't know why. Then my prepaid reservation was cancelled for no-show because it is cancelled automatically after 1h of your pick up time. What really amazed me is that the refund of my prepaid money is not made automatically, I had to call them to get my money back with a 30% fee for not showing up. It's so ridiculous that me and my husband laugh instead of being upset. Do yourself a favor, go to any other company in Porto Seguro, there are plenty.
