★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido nesta loja. Esqueci um objeto em um veículo locado, e após 15 dias ele estava guardado e identificado à minha espera.
 I was very well taken care of at this store. I forgot an object in a rented vehicle, and after 15 days it was stored and identified waiting for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, loja muito demorada, a atendente Aline não faz nada, vive no celular e fingindo fazer algo enquanto a loja tá cheia. A outra atendente é de boa vontade mas sozinha ela não pode resolver tudo ao mesmo tempo.
Eu sempre alugo na movida mas nessa unidade eu não recomendo! 45 min esperando para uma devolução (e ainda não sendo atendido) que normalmente não precisa nem voltar pro balcão de atendimento! Se organizem urgente porque a experiência tá HORRÍVEL!!!
Bad experience, very long store, the attendant Aline does nothing, lives on her cell phone and pretends to do something while the store is full. The other attendant is willing but alone she cannot solve everything at the same time.
I always rent in movida but in this unit I don't recommend it! 45 min waiting for a return (and still not being answered) that normally doesn't even have to go back to the service desk! Get organized urgently because the experience is HORRIBLE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car 3 months in advance in movida flex for 36 days. The booking turned out to be an inferior category. Just to get an upgrade we need to stay another night in Fortaleza, cancelled the old contract and make a new at a much much higher rate.
No help or whatsoever from the customer service.
Very complicated aftersales.
Wouldn’t recomend.

I went to Brazil on April 3rd 2022 family holidays ( my partner and I + two small children, a 5y old and a 1y old.
Our flight from Heathrow was delayed for almost two hours and as a result we missed our connection flight to Vitória Espírito Santo. While at São Paulo national airport, we tried our best to inform movida our situation in order for them to hold our reservation, however, they decided to cancel the reservation.
Once we got there at around 3:30pm we went straight to them to make another reservation for Volkswagen Tiguan 7 seats or Similar which would be Tigo.
They wanted us to take Chevrolet but we wanted a car that would give us more comfort as we had everything very well planned.
They insisted that the car we wanted was already booked and wasn’t available at that moment. I insisted in letting them know that we initially had reserved this car and our reservation was cancel.
We then decided to return the next morning. The next day , 4th April 2022 we got there at vix airport agency at 9am, and ready to reserve the car we wanted.
Once again, we were denied that particular car, and they had the car parked outside ( Tigo) . I recall saying to the person that ‘ the car is outside and we would like to reserve it’. She said that it was already reserved and was awaiting to be collected within few minutes.
While looking for another agency to rent, we decided to get a coffee and wait an hour to see weather the car would still be there, and guess what, it was!
We then went to Localiza ( amazing service), and at around 10:45 while heading off, we saw the exactly same car ( white tigo ) at their agency.
Very unpleasant experience. We sent you an email informing you of what happen with our flight delay and also missing our connection flight.
I will never recommend you, worst experience ever!
Shame on you movida.
