PRECISANDO ALUGAR UM CARRO?
PROCURE OUTRA LOCADORA!!!
Aluguei um veículo com essa locadora e não recomendo.
Ao chegar para devolver o carro, mostrei uma pequena avaria de uns 10cm, que vi no porta-malas e estava na dúvida se teria ocorrido no período que eu estava com o veículo. Eles me informaram que não existia aquela avaria, até aí tudo bem.
Ao chegar no balcão veio a surpresa, me disseram que o orçamento tinha ficado em R$300,00.
Já trabalhei no ramo de locação e conheço todo o precedimento. Liguei para uma oficina em que costumava fazer serviços e me foi informado que custaria 200 reais a pintura de todo o porta-malas. Essa situação só me leva a crer que me foi cobrado de forma arbitrária um valor desproporcional a avaria causada.
Outro questionamento sobre a situação dos veículos, tenho o costume de alugar carros e em geral sempre identifico alguns detalhes nos carros que alugo, seja pequenos arranhados ou problemas internos em maçanetas e botões. Esse mesmo já estava com algumas pequenas avarias, inclusive no porta-malas. No check-list já estava marcado bem próximo da avaria que me foi cobrado, o que me deixou na dúvida se a avaria aconteceu quando o veículo estava comigo.
Me pergunto se o cliente que causou essas outras avarias também foi cobrado de acordo com esses valores, e caso tenha sido, porque o problema não foi resolvido.
Minha intenção aqui é ter mais clareza no que me foi cobrado e entender o motivo de um valor tão desproporcional para uma avaria simples de ser resolvida.
Outro ponto que me deixou super chateado foi na hora do pagamento.
Informei que pagaria tudo no débito, porém não levei o cartão de crédito para que a locadora fizesse o estorno da minha franquia. Tentaram de várias formas fazer o estorno e não conseguiram. Então, pedi a chave do carro novamente para que eu pudesse ir em casa pegar o cartão para fazer o estorno e informei que pagaria tudo com o cartão de crédito. Pedi para não estornar a franquia do cartão de crédito, pois eu pagaria com o mesmo e após o estorno da franquia o limite não volta de imediato.
Fui em casa e quando voltei já tinham feito o estorno do meu cartão, como o limite não volta de imediato e já não tinha tanto limite no meu cartão. Fui de certo modo obrigado a fazer o pagamendo no débito.
não recomendo e não índico..
Recomendo que procurem outra locadora.
Não esperem acontecer o mesmo com vocês.

I rented a vehicle with this rental company and do not recommend it.

This one was already with some minor damage, including the trunk. In the check-list it was already marked very close to the damage that was charged to me, which left me in doubt if the damage happened when the vehicle was with me.
I wonder if the customer who caused these other damages was also charged according to these values, and if so, why the problem has not been solved.
My intention here is to have more clarity in what was charged to me and to understand the reason for such a disproportionate amount for a simple fault to be solved.
Another point that made me super upset was at the time of payment.
I informed that I would pay everything in debit, but I did not take my credit card for the rental company to reverse my franchise. They tried in several ways to make the chargeback and failed. So I asked for the car key again so I could go home and get the card to make the chargeback and informed him that I would pay everything with the credit card. I asked not to reverse the credit card deductible, as I would pay with the same and after the refund of the deductible the limit does not return immediately.
I went home and when I came back they had already reversed my card, as the limit does not return immediately and there was not so much limit on my card. In a way I was obliged to make the payment in debit.
do not recommend and do not recommend ..
I recommend looking for another rental company.
Don't expect the same to happen to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei na dúvida na entrega , me cobram por 3 dias a cadeirinha de criança sendo que deveria ser custo fixo de R$ 20,00 , me cobram R$20,00 x3 , e também sendo valor baixo mais não deixa de ser custo ao cliente peguei carro na reserva piscando intermitente com medo até de chegar no posto para abastecer , entreguei na reserva também e no contrato me cobraram R$ 7,50 .
Deveria se atentar em explicar orientar melhor para não deixar os clientes com dúvidas .
O carro é novo confortável e baixa km perfeito somente a desejar as orientações .
