★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 22/09/2021 ,eu Marcus ,levei meu carro um focus 1.6 sigma modelo 2014 para trocar o rolamento da caixa direção elétrica,minha caixa estava leve,suave e claro com rolamento fazendo barulho , pois inicialmente tudo correto,o mecânico tirou a caixa, levou para um setor dentro da Oficina e trocaram o rolamento, no final colocaram o rolamento novo e me informaram que o carro estava em perfeito estado, paguei 600 reais pelo serviço, quando sai com carro, reparei que a zuada tinha desaparecido, mais para minha surpresa a direção elétrica ficou dura, o volante não voltava mais,retornei para Oficina e conversei com dono,ele saiu com carro e para minha surpresa, o mesmo disse que isso é normal a direção elétrica fica dura devido ao ajuste e ao rolamento novo,fiquei aguardando o mecânico volta do almoço, o mesmo disse que isso é normal, sair sem realizar o serviço, peguei a br 324 ,o carro com a direção horrível, levei para alinhar, pensando que ia melhorar, nada de melhora,vou passar uns dias se não volta a ficar leve,suave, irei retornar para que o mesmo me entregue o carro como eu levei uma direção elétrica suave .Espero que o proprietário, deixe meu carro bom,quando fazemos um serviço, pagamos para o ter o problema resolvido e não para ter outro problema.

Para deixar claro minha direção elétrica não tinha folga nenhuma, apenas uma zuada do rolamento, quem conhece a direção do focus sabe que a direção elétrica é espetacular de suave,leveza, se vc troca o rolamento da caixa direção elétrica, a zuada para isso a aconteceu, agora dizer que minha caixa tinha folga e que deu um jeitinho.
Primeiro direção do carro é item de segurança para minha pessoa e para outras,não fui realizar o serviço com dúvida.
Paguei o serviço para trocar o rolamento, como consta na nota e não para sair com direção de carros dos anos 90 ,uma direção dura,o volante fica duro nem volta.

To make it clear my electric steering had no slack, just a jolt of the bearing, whoever knows the direction of the focus knows that the electric steering is spectacularly smooth, light, if you change the bearing of the electric steering box, the jolt for that to happened, now say that my box had slack and that I found a way.
First car driving is a safety item for me and for others, I didn't do the job with any doubts.
I paid the service to change the bearing, as stated in the note and not to drive cars from the 90s, a hard drive, the steering wheel is hard and doesn't turn back.

Price even reasonable, but the quality of service left much to be desired - I had to take the vehicle to another workshop, to retighten the auxiliary frame fixing screws that were left loose.
