 Well, first of all, I want to report my experience in a city that didn't know anyone and after knowing several Real Estate Agents here in Piracicaba I got to Mpx Brokers.
I was very satisfied in the first contact with Luciana who showed us the apartment where I am living today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizada e lenta. Pra fechar o contrato são gentis e prestativos mas depois que você já está no imóvel não se importam nem se a casa pegar fogo. Vim parar em um edifício repleto de problemas estruturais e alegam que a responsabilidade é do dono do imóvel. Não se deram ao trabalho nem de realizar uma vistoria decente.
Disorganized and slow. To close the contract they are kind and helpful but after you are already in the property they don't even care if the house catches fire. I ended up in a building full of structural problems and they claim that the responsibility lies with the owner of the property. They didn't even bother to carry out a decent inspection.
