Mas para desfazer, eles demoram para fazer a vistoria, se fizer seguro fiança com titulo de capitalização, colocam um prazo de 15 meses sendo que o contrato é de 24 mas pode ser cancelado em 12, seja te a marram com esse título...
Frustrado com eles, pq não fazem o título de 12 meses???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um apartamento à aproximadamente 3 semanas, e a 2 semanas entrei em contato com o pessoal da manutenção para dar os devidos ajustes necessários para poder entrar no apartamento. Até hoje ninguém resolveu o meu problema, não consigo entrar no apartamento devido a manutenção ainda não ter sido feita, ou seja, estou pagando aluguel e condomínio e ainda NÃO consegui entrar no apartamento. Uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Entro em contato de todas as maneiras, e-mail, whatsapp e NINGUÉM me dá retorno, estou a semana esperando. Se eu soubesse que o serviço dessa imobiliária seria tão ruim, não fecharia contrato com eles. Agora vou precisar encontrar algum profissional terceirizado para poder resolver meu problema, para conseguir entrar no apartamento...ABSURDO!!!!

IF TO RENT IS LIKE THIS I DON'T WANT TO SEE IT AFTER THE PROPERTY ALREADY.
