★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima! Estivemos uma das unidades da Mr.Cheney do Shopping Light e pedimos café e um chocolate. A atendente ofereceu duas opções cremoso ou cacau e escolhemos o cremoso. Veio com muito açucar e pedimos para trocar, para minha surpresa disse que deveria pagar novamente de uma forma muito ríspida o qual não esperavamos. Devolvemos e não optamos por outro, pelo que me parece existe a lei do consumidor com relação há algum produto, alimento ou bebida que não esteja de acordo podemos solicitar a troca sem ônus. Correto!
A postura e o preparo dos profissionais pelas empresas estão cada vez pior.
Visão somente lucros em troca de um péssimo atendimento.

It was terrible! We went to one of Mr.Cheney's Shopping Light units and ordered coffee and a chocolate. The attendant offered two creamy or cocoa options and we chose the creamy. It came with a lot of sugar and we asked to change it, to my surprise I said that I should pay again in a very harsh way which we did not expect. We return and do not opt for another, as it seems to me there is consumer law regarding any product, food or drink that does not agree we can request the exchange without charge. Right!
The attitude and preparation of professionals by companies are getting worse.
I only see profits in return for poor service.
