★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encantada! Realizei o pedido pelo ifood e ao transportar o cheesecake que pedi acabou entornando. Entrei com contato com a loja e imediatamente a funcionária Karen me enviou um novo cheesecake de imediato super caprichado.
Achei super cuidadoso pois por mais que a culpa não tenha sido diretamente do restaurante eles se propuseram a resolver de forma impecável. Atendimento maravilhoso da Karen inclusive.
 Enchanted! I placed the order through the ifood and when transporting the cheesecake I ordered, I spilled it. I contacted the store and immediately the employee Karen sent me a new cheesecake immediately super neat.
I thought it was super careful because even though the fault was not directly from the restaurant, they proposed to solve it in an impeccable way. Karen's wonderful service included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desse o início da pandemia, criei o hábito de pedir as panquecas daqui tudo sábado de manhã. Havia até uma expectativa pelo sábado de manhã aqui em casa. O preço subiu, ok. A inflação taí. Mas a novidade é que agora às panquecas estão ridiculamente menores e finas. Antes, mal cabiam no prato. Agora sobra espaço. E nem dá pra sentir o gosto, de tão finas. Melhor começar a fazer as panquecas aqui em casa mesmo.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, I got into the habit of ordering pancakes from here every Saturday morning. There was even an expectation for Saturday morning here at home. The price went up, ok. Inflation is there. But the news is that now the pancakes are ridiculously thin and thin. Before, they barely fit on the plate. Now there's space. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fi um pedido,pelo ifood, paguei por pix. O pedido não chegou, me comuniquei por mensagem e nada. Liguei e disseram que iriam entrar em contato. Não entraram. E estou até hoje sem resposta. Péssimo. Nunca perdi dinheiro dessa maneira. E ainda colocaram no ifood como entregue. Nunca mais passo nem perto. E olha que os cookies sai muito bons.
I placed an order through ifood, paid for pix. The order did not arrive, I communicated by message and nothing. I called and they said they would get in touch. They didn't. And I still have no answer. Terrible. I've never lost money this way. And they still put it on ifood as delivered. I'm never even close again. And the cookies come out very good.
