★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui levar a minha cadela por conta de está com muito nó nos pelos conversei com a moça do atendimento a cadela foi avaliada e mim informará que dava para tirar os nós deixei pela manhã quando fui buscar 17:00 Não tinha tomado banho. E foi informado que tinha passado um produto nela e era para tomar banho no outro dia a cadela estava sem água triste quer dizer se fosse para colocar o produto para outro dia não precisava ficar lá. Fui no outro dia e chegando lá mim disseram que ia ter que tosar toda até ai tudo bem. Quando cheguei em casa a cadela triste e se torcia toda quando ia pegar fui avalia o corpo estava na lateral cortado na parte da barriga e na virilha fiz tratamento tive custo de medicação e lá não volto mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com o último ocorrido(machucado na hora da tosa higiênica) e com a falta de humildade da dona em assumir um erro deles, se desculpar e tratar o ocorrido(muito pelo contrário, arrogante, ainda teve coragem de negar) darei 1 estrela e procurarei outro petshop. Não levem seus pets nesse local pq alem de poder acontecer de machucarem seus animais, a dona não tem o menor tato para tratar com o cliente, super antipática. Segue foto e posso mostrar as palavras da dona quando foi procurada para falar do ocorrido. Outro cão de um primo meu TB foi machucado no mesmo local.

Do not take your pets in this place because it may happen to hurt your animals, the owner does not have the slightest tact to deal with the customer, super unfriendly.
