★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucos atendentes e falta de organização decepcionam quem chega aqui pra despachar ou retirar uma encomenda. O controle das pessoas a serem atendidas é feito pelos próprios clientes que vão chegando, gerando confusão. Mais de meia hora de espera para ser atendido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na noite passada fui até a loja da GolLog e não gostei muito do atendimento, pois não havia ninguém no balcão. Além disso me informaram que o sistema estava fora do ar.
Acho que nesse ponto poderia melhorar bastante. Além disso o horário de atendimento poderia ser mais estendido como o de outras operadoras de transporte de cargas que estão também no Aeroporto Internacional Pinto Martins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha encomenda era pra chegar dia 11 ou 13 (porque 12 foi feriado), mas até agora (17) nada! Chegou ao terminal de Fortaleza desde o dia 11. Todas as transportadoras mandam o DAE por e-mail ou motoboy, a Gollog nem sequer me ligou pra avisar que a encomenda havia chegado e estava pendente na SEFAZ aguardando pagamento da Guia. Só tomei conhecimento porque liguei para o fornecedor e ele fez um consulta e me informou o ocorrido. Liguei para o 3392-1555 e a moça não soube informar o motivo da encomenda está retida na SEFAZ, nem se prontificou a verificar. Eu que liguei para a SEFAZ, eles me mandaram a DAE por e-mail e eu paguei ontem mesmo, a NF foi liberada hoje às 6:40 da manhã para a Gollog efetuar a entrega, mas até agora a encomenda não chegou. Desde a tarde que tento ligar para a Gollog, inclusive para mais dois números que a Sefaz me forneceu, mas não consigo falar com ninguém lá.
