Recebi 20 pessoas e 2 duas eram vegetarianas, tentamos pedir pelo ifood mas o sistema estava com problemas, ligamos direto, fizemos o pedido e nos foi dado o prazo de 20 minutos, 50 minutos depois, com 18 convidados comendo e dois olhando entrei em contato via watts e reclamei.
Uma mulher entrou em contato comigo via fone, mas nao para esclarecer, para dar um ataque que ela nao tinha culpa, que ela estava trabalhando sozinha desde a sete da manha, que ela nao tinha bola de cristal, que se pudesse mandava de avião e ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara.
A conclusão que eu chego e que : A pessoa que nao tem estrutura para tirar o pedido (de cara me foi passado valor errado), nao consegue calcular tempo de preparo e entrega (pois passa um prazo que nao pode ser cumprido) e ainda liga nao para resolver o problema mas para falar um monte de desaforo e ainda bate o telefone na cara de outra pessoa, esta nas profissão errada. So nao mandei de volta pois estava com vergonha da duas pessoas com fome na mesa, pois ao contrario da pessoa que me atendeu, tenho consideração pelas pessoas.
Edit : segue abaixo a resposta da Sra Ana para que tirem suas próprias conclusões. também salvei a conversa para quem quiser ver e em nenhum momento fui arrogante ou sem educação, aliás não liguei para xingar ninguém e nem bati o telefone na cara de ninguém e depois de escutar : " seu tivesse bola de cristal não estaria aqui escutando voce e se eu tivesse um avião teria mandado a entrega de avião" depois de questionar um atraso de meia hora, chamei de Cínica ( que se escreve com C) mesmo. Péssimo atendimento, durante o pedido ( informando preço errado), durante ( jogando a culpa de todo o atraso no entregador) e depois no feedback.
Continuo acreditando que essa pessoa não nasceu para lidar com o público.
