★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro seminovo na unidas um ford ka sedan 2020...deu problema no motor e me mandaram pra essa oficina carro ficou 66 dias com ele fizeram o motor inteiro assim disse eles entregaram o carro osso contínuo com barulho e fraco no fim hj o carro vai pra outra oficina q eles não conseguiram resolver o problema não passem nem perto da mesma pois eles são muito ruim de serviço e atendimento
I bought a semi-new car at unidas a ford ka sedan 2020...the engine had a problem and they sent me to this workshop. The car stayed 66 days with it, they did the entire engine, so I said they delivered the car, continuous bone with noise and weak at the end today car goes to another garage that they were unable to solve the problem do not go anywhere near it because they are very poor service and care

O serviço levou uma hora aproximadamente, alguns mecanicos ja tinham mechido no meu carro e o problema persistia, isso por umas 3 ou 4 vezes. Hoje em uma hora foi resolvido, e o valor foi muito abaixo do que já havia gasto.
Super recomendo !
ui very well attended, i waited for the service on site, a room with air conditioning, tv and coffee. The service took approximately an hour, some mechanics had already repaired it in my car and the problem persisted, this for 3 or 4 times. Today, it was resolved in an hour, and the value was much lower than what I had already spent.
I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o veículo para revisão dos 10 mil km, após sair da oficina me desloquei ao interior e o oleo do motor vazou totalmente, resumo: filtro de oleo errado, liguei pra oficina e relatei o fato, me disseram que me retornariam em 20 minutos para conversarmos, já se passaram 7 dias e ninguém fez contato. Erros podem ocorrer mas falta de assistencia é complicado
