O sr. Marcelo teve a ousadia de cobrar R$ 82,00 a mais devido um risco de aprox. 2cm na calota traseira. Inclusive orientei que se ele quiser continuar no ramo, é bom repensar suas práticas e valorizar melhor seus clientes e funcionários.
