★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a empresa por indicação de uma amiga de confiança, realizei orçamento com antecedência e combinei todos os detalhes da mudança. Um dia antes do frete, o responsável disse que teve um imprevisto com morte de familiares e que não poderia sair no dia que combinamos. Respeitei o momento, dei tempo para que a empresa retornasse o contato para honrar o compromisso feito já em torno de 1 mês. Até hoje não obtive nenhuma resposta e contato da empresa, mesmo com minhas mensagens e ligações feitas. Fiquei na mão e não recomendo! O transtorno causado por esse fato está sendo enorme.
I contacted the company on the recommendation of a trusted friend, made a budget in advance and arranged all the details of the move. The day before shipping, the person in charge said that he had an unforeseen event with the death of family members and that he could not leave on the day we agreed. I respected the moment, I gave the company time to return the contact to honor the commitment made already around 1 month. Until today I have not received any response and contact from the company, even with my messages and calls made. I'm stuck and I don't recommend it! The inconvenience caused by this fact is being enormous.
