Esses sujeitos tem que ser presos até devolverem o que é NOSSO! NÃO HONRAM O QUE ASSINAM! NÃO COMPREM nessa loja pois muito em breve ela será afetada pelos inúmeros processos judiciais, bloqueios de bens e contas, etc. que esses sócios desonestos e nefastos já estão sofrendo na justiça! FUJAM DESTA LOJA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de registrar a minha total indignação da Loja da Washington Luis fui até a loja e mostrei o colchão que queria em dezembro e fiz o pagamento à vista via pix ! O vendedor que nós atendeu ( inclusive não trabalha mais lá ) Fez o pedido errado do Colchao , a entrega aconteceu no dia 11/01 porém minha esposa estava internada e depois pegamos covid!Pedi um Colchao de 30 cm e entregaram 40 cm!
Quando entrei em contato c a loja no dia 30/01 para reclamar eles alegaram que o código da nota estava certo, e não iriam trocar
Porém minha mulher está grávida e tenho uma filha de 2 anos , até na loja rimos e falei que não dava para ter uma cama com 94 Cm de altura com o vendedor, falei com ele isso é mostrei o colchão que queria, em momento algum discuti o código do produto. Gostaria de saber se eles vão se responsabilizar se minha filha de 2 anos, ou minha esposa grávida ou o nenê quando nascer cair dessa altura pode ter consequências muito graves .
Sei o que comprei e o que recebi. Não posso ter uma cama com quase um metro de altura
Entramos novamente em contato com o Sac no dia 09/02 e eles alegaram que já deu 30 dias e não podem trocar, sendo que o primeiro contato foi dia 30/01 e a entrega foi dia 11/01!
I would like to register my total indignation at the Washington Store Luis I went to the store and showed the mattress I wanted in December and made the payment in cash via pix! The salesman we attended (he doesn't even work there anymore) made the wrong order for the mattress, the delivery took place on 01/11 but my wife was hospitalized and then we got covid! I asked for a 30 cm mattress and they delivered 40 cm!
When I contacted the store on 01/30 to complain, they claimed that the invoice code was correct, and they would not exchange it.
But my wife is pregnant and I have a 2-year-old daughter, even in the store we laughed and said that I couldn't have a bed with a height of 94 cm with the seller, I talked to him about it and I showed him the mattress I wanted, at no time did I discuss the product code. I would like to know if they will be responsible if my 2 year old daughter, or my pregnant wife or the baby when it is born falls from that height can have very serious consequences.

We contacted Sac again on 02/09 and they claimed that it has been 30 days and they cannot exchange, and the first contact was on 01/30 and delivery was on 01/11!
