★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um contra tempo desagradável, foi feita vistoria para mudança através de um representante que avaliou que como eu não havia móveis a ser desmontados e remontagem me sugeriu serviços de montagem dos móveis novos que ainda estava me embalados e na hora da mudança não fizeram apesar de ter sido cobrado.
Serviço de içamento com maquinário específico, me solicitou metragem do espaço a ser montada a máquina e no entanto o içamento foi feito com corda .
Me causou desconforto em ter que contratar outro profissional para montagem dos móveis minhas filhas dormindo no chão cheio de caixas enfim, nada transparente e profissional.

Hoisting service with specific machinery, I asked for footage of the space to be mounted on the machine and however the hoisting was done with rope.
It caused me discomfort in having to hire another professional to assemble the furniture my daughters sleeping on the floor full of boxes anyway, nothing transparent and professional.

Os funcionários foram muito educados e prestativos, até me assustei com a rapidez que foi a mudança. Nota 1000!

Danificaram mobiliário, minha mãe idosa pediu para não mexer no armário e o funcionário sem autorização mexeu com violação de bens materiais, tumultuam o ambiente, na entrega do mobiliário fizeram com má vontade, danificou a mesa, quebrou xícara e nem manifestaram em repor - na entrega observamos um quadro com a tela quebrada, com quase 03 meses ainda não devolveram e com muita insistência devolveram o valor do seguro. Funcionária Carla que atende o telefone muito mal educada, dar end nas ligações de celular e não dar feedback. Não recomendo essa empresa.
