Uma cadeira foi estragada , recolheram-na mas em 5 meses não me retornam dizendo o que foi resolvido, se será consertada, reposta, restituído o valor. Não recomendo o serviço, as caixas de embalagens são extremamente fracas, . Não vale a pena
 I paid the insurance amount for any damage on the Change. A chair has been damaged, they have been collected but in 5 months they will not return to me saying what has been resolved, whether it will be repaired, replaced, refunded. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa, não aconselho ninguém a fazer mudança com eles, além de tudo os funcionários sem educação, fizeram minha mudança quebraram a porta da minha casa , e levaram a porta para arrumar e não me falam se vai entregar se não vai, e me respondem como se eu fosse obrigada a aceita mal trato deles. Muito mal organizado. Tudo que eles colocaram a mão tem algo estragado, quebraram uma peça aqui outra ali e ficou por isso mesmo. NÃO CONTRATE FIQUE LONGE DE PROBLEMAS
Sobre ter me comportado com ignorância, posso até ter acontecido mas depois de várias falta de respeito e entrega não entrega da porta, primeiro entregaria na sexta dia 26/01/2018 e quando ligamos para saber não seria mais na sexta, seria na segunda dia 28/01/2018 na parte da manhã e nada acontece, foi entregue na segunda a tarde depois de muitas ligações e dor de cabeça, que afinal não resolveu nada, depois da entrega da porta que a fechadura não estava mais funcionando, tive que resolver por outros meios. E no decorrer da mudança era some parafuso daqui some outro dali, não aguentava mais tanta desorganização. Meu pai que montou os móveis se não iria acaba. Portanto, não indico o serviço não foi muito abaixo do que foi prometido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Fiz mudança com eles e deixam a desejar na prestação do serviço. Utilizaram caixas velhas e sujas (inclusive de fezes de pássaro), não teve muita organização na embalagem de objetos e miudezas, sujaram meu sofá, estragaram minha porta e transportaram alguns objetos soltos de modo que peças se perderam. Entrei em contato para expor as situações acima e o atendimento ao cliente após utilizar o serviço deles é péssimo, fazem pouco caso. Até que desisti. Mas fica aqui meu relato.
Não recomendo de forma alguma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo simplesmente perfeito! Desde a coleta, foram muito cuidadosos e mesmo com uma viagem longa (quase mil km) nada foi quebrado! Mesmo carregando vários objetos de vidro.
Também foram muito compreensivos na chegada com um problema que tivemos para liberar o local. O valor também é excelente, principalmente se utilizar o sistema de aproveitamento de carga.
Recomendo a todos!
Everything just perfect! Since the collection, they were very careful and even with a long trip (almost a thousand km) nothing was broken! Even carrying several glass objects.
They were also very understanding on arrival with a problem that we had to clear the place. The value is also excellent, especially if you use the load recovery system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO. A empresa ESTRAGOU O PORTÃO DO CONDOMÍNIO e não efetuou o ressarcimento!!!!!! em todas as ligações os responsáveis da empresa nunca está, só houve prejuízos!!! Na hora do ocorrido o motorista disse ao porteiro que havia seguro e que não havia necessidade de formalizar o problema com boletim de ocorrência.... enfim.... FUJAM deste CNPJ , pois empresa de verdade presta bons serviços
detalhe, alguns funcionários fizeram avaliações positivas neste site, certamente empresa que precisa que seus funcionários avaliem positivamente o serviço que eles mesmo prestam... é de se questionar a qualidade do serviço!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei uma mudança, foram no dia e hora marcada, mas os profissionais não sabem embalar os moveis e não sabem colocarem no caminhão de acordo que não danifiquem. Danificaram meus dois guarda roupas e há demora para solucionar o problema é extensa, enrolada e confusa devido a troca de informações interna do administrativo com o operacional. Não recomendo a empresa. Caso a empresa leia esta mensagem favor executarem o serviço com mais qualidade e cuidado e quando for solicitado alguma avaria atenderem o mais depressa possível pois o atendimento é a qualidade de uma empresa. Estão pecando em pequenos detalhes e compromissos com os clientes.
