★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa só é atenta e gentil com o cliente na hora de fechar o orçamento. Frisei inúmeras vezes nos meus emails que minha mudança seria de um prédio para o imediatamente ao lado, que as coisas precisavam apenas sair de uma garagem e entrar na do lado porém no dia do serviço chegaram com um caminhão que não podia entrar na garagem ao invés de trazerem carrinhos pequenos para fazer o transporte das coisas manualmente como foi recomendado. Fazem as coisas correndo e sem cuidado: presenciei a quase queda de um equipamento delicado meu ao passarem o vão do portão de um dos prédio e quando reclamei pedindo mais cuidado, o funcionário disse que se não estava satisfeita era só cancelar que eles iriam embora. Como tinha que tirar minhas coisas impreterivelmente naquele dia pois os novos inquilinos entrariam no dia seguinte, tive que engolir a afronta. Não vem preparados: usaram o meu carrinho de transporte pois tinham apenas um e demorariam muito tempo para fazer toda a mudança. Usaram minhas ferramentas, usaram e levaram embora um martelo de estimação para quebra de rochas que quase não consegui reaver. Serviço mal feito: desmontaram e remontaram um armário de roupas que ficou todo torto e mal encaixado. Não recomendo a ninguem esta companhia.
 The company is only attentive and kind to the customer when closing the budget. I stressed countless times in my emails that my move would be from a building to the one next door, that things just needed to leave a garage and enter the next one, but on the day of the service they arrived with a truck that could not enter the garage instead to bring small carts to transport things manually as recommended. They do things running and without care: I witnessed the almost fall of my delicate equipment when they passed the doorway of one of the buildings and when I complained asking for more care, the employee said that if she was not satisfied, just cancel that they would leave. As I had to take my things off that day because the new tenants would come in the next day, I had to swallow the insult. They are not prepared: they used my transport cart because they only had one and it would take a long time to make all the change. They used my tools, used and took away a pet hammer to break rocks that I almost couldn't get back. Poor service: they disassembled and reassembled a clothes closet that was all bent and badly fitted. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente prestação de serviço. Os profissionais foram pontuais, educados, ágeis e zelosos com a mobília. Foi feita a montagem e desmontagem de um sofá e tudo foi devidamente envolvido em plástico bolha e cobertores. Preço justo e um excelente serviço. Recomendo.
Excellent service. The professionals were punctual, polite, agile and zealous with the furniture. A sofa was assembled and disassembled and everything was properly wrapped in bubble wrap and blankets. Fair price and excellent service. I recommend.

Mudança com apenas dois funcionários, nos quais ficaram reclamando o tempo todo e não saíram do celular. A mudança iniciou as 9:00hrs da manhã e só finalizou as 17:00hrs. Riscaram minha mesa de madeira, rasgaram parte do sofá e ainda quebraram 3 taças de vinhos que estavam devidamente embaladas. Na hora do pagamento mais confusão, foi combinado 50% a vista e 50% no cartão, não trouxeram a maquina e ficaram justificando. Area administrativa e funcionários, não se conversam, péssimos!

Change with only two employees, in which they complained all the time and did not leave their cell phones. The change started at 9:00 am and ended only at 17:00. They scratched my wooden table, tore part of the sofa and even broke 3 wine glasses that were properly packaged. At the time of payment more confusion, 50% cash and 50% was agreed on the card, they did not bring the machine and were justified. Administrative area and employees, do not talk, terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu pedí orçamento dessa empressa, e acabei não escolhendo para o serviço. Quando me chamaram para consultar se ia contratar ou não o serviço foram muito grossos comigo. Não sei como eles efetuam a mudança, mas depois dessa chamada e mal educação para comigo to muito feliz de ter escolhido outra empressa.
I asked for a quote from this company, and ended up not choosing for the service. When they called me to see if I was going to hire the service or not, they were very rude to me. I don't know how they effect the change, but after that call and rudeness towards me, I'm very happy to have chosen another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente Milena: mais devagar impossível. Deixei claro que a mudança precisava ser num sábado (destaquei no texto), a empresa me manda um orçamento e depois me faz mil perguntas. Deveria ser o contrário: primeiro se faz as perguntas para em seguida mandar o orçamento. Enfim, quando eu reforço tudo o que eu já tinha escrito no pedido, a atendente me diz que para sábado há um aumento de 20% do valor... Francamente. Perda de tempo. Fechei com outra empresa.
Attendant Milena: slower impossible. I made it clear that the move had to be on a Saturday (I highlighted in the text), the company sends me a quote and then asks me a thousand questions. It should be the other way around: first you ask the questions and then send the budget. Anyway, when I reinforce everything I had already written in the order, the attendant tells me that for Saturday there is a 20% increase in the value... Frankly. Waste of time. I closed with another company.
