★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 25/09/2020 estive na loja Muitascores para comprar uma resina acrilica para telhado. O caixa passou o cartão e não me entregou o cupom fiscal. Para aumentar a satisfação, o vendedor que me atendeu, colocou a lata da resina no porta-mala do carro sem escorra-la (deixando no meio do porta-mala). Chegando na minha residência, a lata estava caida no porta-mala com metade da lata vazada. Entrei em contato imediatamente com a loja, que alegou que o problema era meu, se negando a trocar a lata que custa 190 reais. Ora, se o vendedor é treinado e especialista no que faz, não seria da responsabilidade dele ter colocado a lata encostada no fundo do porta mala (e não no meio totalmente solta)? Não seria da sua responsabilidade orientar quanto aos risco de vazamento? A lata lacrada não deveria ter vedação?
Por atendimentos assim, a empresa perde um cliente de mais de 7 anos (temos uma rede de restaurante que sempre compramos com vocês, mas diante da atitude exposta, não faremos mais negócio).
O prejuízo da lata de 190 reais mais a lavagem do carro, pode ter certeza que será menor do que a perda de cliente!
On 09/25/2020 I went to the Belascores store to buy an acrylic resin for the roof. The cashier passed the card and didn't give me the tax coupon. To increase satisfaction, the salesperson who attended me placed the resin can in the trunk of the car without draining it (leaving it in the middle of the trunk). Arriving at my residence, the can was lying in the trunk with half of the leaked can. I immediately contacted the store, which claimed that the problem was mine, refusing to change the can that costs 190 reais. Now, if the salesperson is trained and specialized in what he does, wouldn't it be his responsibility to have placed the can against the bottom of the trunk (and not in the middle completely loose)? Wouldn't it be your responsibility to advise on the risk of leakage? Shouldn't the sealed can have a seal?
For services like this, the company loses a customer of more than 7 years (we have a restaurant chain that we always buy with you, but given the exposed attitude, we will not do any more business).
The loss of the 190 reais can plus the car wash, you can be sure that it will be less than the customer loss!
