porem atendimento muito mal feito você liga na loja uma mal educação os pintor ficou sem produto por causa da demora na entrega muito mal atendido por sinal em relação ao pós venda o suporte de entrega e responsabilidade muito fraco e demoroso e enfadonho espero que melhore a gestão de vendas porque e muito fraca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo produto. Péssimo pós venda. O produto fica todo manchado. Inicialmente eles falam que vai sair a mancha e que é normal. Depois inventam uma desculpa e falam que a culpa não é do produto, mas da aplicação. Ou seja, o problema é todo seu e você fica no prejuízo. Não comprem. Realmente não vale a pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produto de péssima qualidade, está caindo da parede os cristal, não recomendo e nunca mais compro desta empresa, eles dão mil desculpas mas não assume que o produto não presta, vejam as fotos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto é mediano, tivemos que refazer a aplicação do cristal em algumas paredes devido o primer enviado ser de baixa qualidade (fundo que vai antes do cristal). Atendimento de baixa qualidade, a representante que me atendeu prometeu garantia de 5 anos no produto, porém realizei o pagamento dia 14/06/2021 e até hje, passados 3 meses, ainda está me enrolando pra fornecer o termo de garantia. Não recomendo.

Não joguem seu dinheiro fora! em 40 dias da aplicação apareceram manchas e a resposta foi que o produto foi "contaminado" e não tinha garantia!!! com muita insistência fizeram uma visita de "olho" e deram o diagnóstico! dinheiro jogado no lixo com essa empresa!!
Atraso na entrega, produto ruim, descaso com cliente e o problema é todo seu! despois que passou o cartão já era!
procurem pintores imparciais e saberão sobre essa empresa!
