★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, pedi um corte reto, com poucas camadas e que a parte da frente fosse um pouco maior, mostrei até uma foto. O cabelereiro insistiu pra fazer um corte mais arredondado mas eu falei que queria do meu jeito, no final ele falou que faria como eu pedi. Quando acabou, o cabelo estava totalmente diferente de como eu queria, estava muito mais curto, acima do queixo, com a parte da frente menor e com muitas camadas, o cabelo todo repicado. Nunca mais volto, uma falta de respeito com o cliente.
Horrible, I asked for a straight cut, with few layers and for the front to be a little bigger, I even showed a photo. The hairdresser insisted on doing a more rounded cut but I said I wanted it my way, in the end he said he would do as I asked. When it was over, the hair was totally different from the way I wanted it, it was much shorter, above the chin, with the front part smaller and with many layers, the hair all cut. I will never go back, a lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here was very nice and accommodating. I didn't find anyone here that spoke English, but luckily my friend was able to translate for me to tell them what I wanted. I'm from the US and we do gel toes here, that's not really a thing in this salon, but they were very accommodating and did them for me on my visit. I love that they offer drinks and snacks during your appointment.
