★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite! Comprei um armário aéreo na loja dia 07/12/2020 . A loja colocou a venda um armário que não havia no estoque e sem previsão de chegada do armário! Já liguei várias vezes na loja , paguei a primeira prestação e até hoje não entregaram meu armário. Cada semana a entrega será um dia e nada de entrega. Hoje consegui falar com uma moça Carolina que se apresentou como gerente e Mais uma vez disse que a entrega seria na quarta quarta-feira. Pedi o cancelamento e devolução do dinheiro. A Carolina disse que iria fazer hoje a devolução e até a presente hora nada de depósito. NAO RECOMENDO A LOJA PARA MAIS NINGUEM . E detalhe a gerente Carolina se apresentou ríspida e grossa em responder a minha ligação. Já estou me sentindo super constrangida. PESSIMA LOJA
Good evening! I bought an overhead cabinet at the store on 07/12/2020. The store put on sale a cabinet that was not in stock and with no anticipated arrival of the cabinet! I have already called the store several times, paid the first installment and until today my closet has not been delivered. Each week the delivery will be one day and no delivery. Today I managed to speak to a Carolina girl who introduced herself as a manager and once again said that the delivery would be on the fourth Wednesday. I asked for the cancellation and refund of the money. Carolina said she would make the return today and until now no deposit. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE FOR ANYONE ELSE. And detail, manager Carolina was quick and thick in answering my call. I'm already feeling super embarrassed. PESTIMA STORE
