Emite pedido, vou no setor pago , pega a guia paga que demora a ser emitida e sigo até o setor de despacho do produto. Da última vez questionei o processo e recebi o retorno que os produtos dentro da loja era exclusos para carros atendimentos por eles. Não tive muita sorte então.
I had a little problem with the delay in the delivery of a product I bought there. Perfect clean. Time-consuming and bureaucratic process. Issuing an order, I go to the paid sector, pick up the paid bill that takes time to be issued and go to the product dispatch sector. Last time I questioned the process and received the feedback that the products inside the store were excluded for cars that they service. I wasn't very lucky then.
