★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei a limpeza de um carrinho de bebê a seco. Pedi um desconto já que iria deixar e pegar na empresa, eles aceitaram e disseram que me entregaria no outro dia todo limpo, porem, Não me entregaram uma O.S..
No outro dia fui buscar e nem tinham começado. Fora que o funcionário tava no celular (não sei se tava brincando ou fazendo outra coisa) e reclamando que tinha muito trabalho e me disse que ligaria quando o trabalho tivesse feito.
4 dias depois eles me ligaram, quando cheguei me entregaram o carrinho manchado faltando montar peças essenciais pq desmontaram mas não gravaram a desmontagem. Tive que ajudar na montagem.
Quando reclamei sobre a manchas disseram que não não usam produtos fortes, porém quando meu filho fica muito tempo sobe cheiro forte do produto que usaram. Fora que veio empoeirado com uma poeira fina e Branca. Não recomendo.

The other day I went to get it and they hadn't even started. Besides, the employee was on his cell phone (I don't know if he was playing or doing something else) and complaining that he had a lot of work and told me he would call when the job was done.
4 days later they called me, when I arrived they handed me the stained cart missing essential parts because they disassembled but did not record the disassembly. I had to help with the assembly.
When I complained about the stains, they said that they do not use strong products, but when my son stays for a long time there is a strong smell of the product they used. It was dusty with fine white dust. I do not recommend.
