★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei ligar várias vezes, até um hora alguém atender, perguntei de atendia hapvida, pw liguei para central hapvida e indicaram esta clinica, disseram que quarta e quinta 7 as 11, qdi cheguei lá, outra conversa.... disseram que o aplicativo hapvuda estava com problema então não estavam atendendo, mandaram voltar outra semana e a conversa aínda foi a mesma, aplicativo da hapvida com problema. Fiz uma reclamação na ouvidoria da hapvida. E não perdi mas tempo com esta clinica péssima.
I tried to call several times, until one time someone answered, I asked for hapvida, pw I called the hapvida central and they indicated this clinic, they said that Wednesday and Thursday 7 to 11, when I got there, another conversation.... they said the hapvuda app I was having a problem so they weren't answering, they sent me back another week and the conversation was still the same, hapvida app with problem. I made a complaint to the hapvida ombudsman. And I wasted no more time with this terrible clinic.
