★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o atendimento por telefone precisa melhorar muito, me informaram uma coisa e depois quando liguei pra confirmar já falaram outra, sem contar que tive que ficar ouvindo os comentários desagradáveis dos outro funcionários enquanto aguardava a resposta do atendente, poxa não julgo, mas coloque no mudo, para os clientes não ficar ouvindo oque estão falando a respeito do próprio cliente.. falta de respeito
