E o vendedor negou a vender a quantidade de mercadoria que pedi, pois retirei 3 itens do orçamento que estavam muito caro, dizendo ele que era inviável vender pra gente! Detalhe... a compra era de R$ 1.943,00, inviável essa compra??
 Bad service, the seller only wants to bill to independent company if the customer leaves satisfied or not. And the seller refused to sell the amount of merchandise I ordered, because I removed 3 budget items that were very expensive, saying that it was impossible to sell to us! Detail ... the purchase was $ 1,943.00, not possible to buy this ??

Venho por meio deste alertar através do meu depoimento, os consumidores que tem a intenção de comprar nessa loja.
No dia 21/08/2018, fui ate a loja Armazém da Construção e chegando lá, fui atendido por um senhor, que não sei se era, vendedor, gerente ou dono. Enfim, expliquei para o mesmo que precisaria comprar uma luminária para primeiramente testar e que dando tudo certo, voltaria para comprar as demais na semana seguinte. Ele indicou a luminária aletada p/02 lâmpadas brancas da G-Light. Levei então 03 para teste e disse novamente para ele que dando certo, voltaria para comprar mais.
O senhor foi pegar a mercadoria e fui direto ao caixa esperar. Ao sair ele ainda disse: “Deixe eu pegar todas lacradas para o senhor”. Fiquei contente com a atitude dele, porém para a minha surpresa ao chegar no local, a luminária de teste, que estava aberta, veio no meio das 03. Achei estranho depois do que ele havia dito, mas testei e estava funcionando, preferi entender que foi um equivoco.
Após testadas, retornei para a loja como havia dito e o mesmo senhor me atendeu. Quando pedi as lâmpadas, o mesmo me informou que as que ele tinha havia vendido para mim. Fiquei chateado não pelo fato de não ter mais, pois poderia aparecer alguém e ter comprado o restante, mas fiquei chateado pelo fato de que o vendedor sabia que não tinha mais o produto, que naquele momento eu estava comprando todo o seu estoque e ainda pior, quando perguntei quando chegariam mais, o mesmo disse “Sem previsão”. Ai eu lhe pergunto: Custava o vendedor entender a minha situação e informar que so teria aquelas 03, que não teria previsão de receber mais para eu ter a opção de não levar um produto que ficará totalmente desfalcado no meu projeto de iluminação?
E depois do ocorrido, ficou bem claro o por que de eu ter recebido a luminária de teste. Colocou no meio das 03.
Então so gostaria de alertar os consumidores como esse tipo de estabelecimento, onde o seu principal objetivo é o faturamento, e não compreender a necessidade do cliente para atende-lo da melhor forma para que fique bom para ambos.

Good afternoon,
Through this I alert, through my testimony, the consumers who intend to buy in this store.
On 08/21/2018, I went to the Armazém da Construção store and when I got there, I was attended by a gentleman, who I don't know if he was a salesman, manager or owner. Anyway, I explained to him that I would need to buy a light fixture to test it first and that if everything worked out, I would come back to buy the others the following week. He indicated the finned lamp for 02 white lamps from G-Light. Then I took 03 for testing and told him again that if it worked, I would come back to buy more.
You went to pick up the goods and went straight to the cashier to wait. When he left, he said: "Let me get all the seals sealed for you". I was happy with his attitude, but to my surprise when I arrived at the place, the test lamp, which was open, came in the middle of 3 am. I thought it was strange after what he had said, but I tested it and it was working, I preferred to understand that it was a mistake.
After being tested, I returned to the store as I said and the same gentleman answered me. When I asked for the lamps, he informed me that the ones he had sold to me. I was upset not by the fact that I had no more, because someone could show up and have bought the rest, but I was upset by the fact that the seller knew he didn't have the product anymore, that at that moment I was buying all of his stock and even worse , when I asked when more would arrive, he said "No forecast". Then I ask him: Did it cost the seller to understand my situation and inform them that they would only have those 03, that they would not expect to receive more so that I had the option of not taking a product that will be totally missing in my lighting project?
And after what happened, it was very clear why I received the test lamp. Put it in the middle of 03.
So I would just like to warn consumers like this type of establishment, where their main objective is billing, and not understanding the customer's need to serve them in the best way so that it is good for both.
