★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, quando foi levar o meu carro para analisar ,fiquei esperando um retorno ,não tive e pior fui na loja ,e simplesmente me ignorou o vendedor da loja ,que não quero falar o nome dele, pretendo não voltar .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Concessionária que após a venda não está nem ai para o cliente. Cobraram valores errados e não informam que há juros nas parcelas! ENGANAÇÃO - para comprar/vender veículos jamais aconselho pois tem que ser um estabelecimento de confiança.
Terrible. Dealership that after the sale is not even there for the customer. They charged wrong amounts and do not report that there is interest in the installments! Deception - to buy / sell vehicles I never advise because it has to be a trustworthy establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro nesta loja com o vendedor Gustavo, ele dizia que o câmbio era CVT e nós questionamos que já havíamos visto em outras lojas com o câmbio automático de 4 marchas, insistia nisso usando o google como fonte. Pagamos pela transferência e ele disse que estaria incluso no valor a troca pela placa Mercosul, na hora que busquei o documento, fui informada que a troca da placa não seria necessária, falei que queria mesmo assim já que havia pago e ele simplesmente disse que não, nesse momento, já muito chateada, eu informei que além da placa que não tive, também estava indignada por ter sido informada errada quanto ao câmbio, ele me mandou procurar a Renault para confirmar e assim eu fiz, chegando lá conclui que eu estou correta e esta informação pode ser facilmente encontrada na ficha técnica do veículo no site da fabricante.
Não recomendo esta loja e muito menos o vendedor Gustavo.

Mostra carro, explica funcionando, consumo.... realmente tira todas as suas dúvidas antes de você fechar negócio. Recomendo a loja e o vendedor Rafael. Melhor avaliação que recebi no meu carro. Em poucos minutos tive a oferta da avaliação. Só não compra quem não quer
