★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, sempre atrasa exageradamente. Já tive sorte de ser bem atendida mesmo com atraso...mais tem profissionais que desanima, após muito esperar eles parecem estar com pressa e mal te olha ...é lamentável. Vou finalizar os exames que preciso, e procurar outra clínica. Não quero voltar mais , muita falta de respeito.
 Very bad service, always excessively late. I've already been lucky to be well attended even with delay...but there are professionals who get discouraged, after a long wait they seem to be in a hurry and barely look at you...it's regrettable. I'll finish the exams I need, and look for another clinic. I don't want to go back, a lot of lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha consulta foi remarcada 5 vezes. Quase 1 mês tentando ser atendido até que eu desisti. Algo me faz pensar que não fui atendido por escolha pois os atendentes já sugeriam o cancelamento antes e com mais ênfase do que sugeriam que remarcasse.
My appointment was rescheduled 5 times. Almost 1 month trying to be served until I gave up. Something makes me think that I was not attended by choice because the attendants already suggested canceling before and with more emphasis than they suggested that I reschedule.

Espera infinita ao questionar o porque fui informado que as marcações são feitas de 15 em 15 minutos ao qual os Médicos não dão conta uma consulta marcada pra 9:30 acaba por ser realizada as 11:00 .
Falta de Respeito aqui é Gigante , mais o importante é Lucrar né?
Bad experience!
Infinite wait when questioning why I was informed that appointments are made every 15 minutes and the Doctors do not handle an appointment scheduled for 9:30 am ends up being held at 11:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não venha para essa clínica pois estou esperando ser atendida e já tem 2 horas que estou aqui. Só venho aqui se não tiver jeito, porque é desumano ficar esperando tanto tempo para entregar um exame para a médica. Estou muito triste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei satisfeita com o atendimento médico, mas precisa melhorar o atendimento das recepcionistas que tratam os pacientes com desdém e impaciência. Comigo, uma delas fez uma piada de mal gosto e ainda riu com a colega. Total falta de respeito! Dou duas estrelas somente pelo atendimento médico, a equipe médica foi competente e me deu um atendimento humanizado. Mas o atendimento da recepção não merece nenhuma estrela.
I was satisfied with the medical care, but the receptionists who treat patients with disdain and impatience need to improve. With me, one of them made a bad joke and even laughed with her colleague. Total lack of respect! I give two stars only for the medical care, the medical team was competent and gave me humanized care. But the reception service doesn't deserve any stars.

Para completar o Médico (se é que merece ser chamado assim) Jorge Abbud - clinico geral - é arrogante, prepotente e trata o paciente com extrema grosseria, não merece um paciente sequer já que não aprendeu na universidade que o paciente merece tratamento digno e humano. Nunca mais coloco meus pés nessa clinica e não aconselho ninguém a ir.
Terrible clinic, disorganized and always attends with great delay. To complete the Doctor (if he deserves to be called that) Jorge Abbud - general practitioner - is arrogant, arrogant and treats the patient with extreme rudeness, he doesn't deserve a single patient since he didn't learn at university that the patient deserves dignified and humane treatment . I will never set foot in this clinic again and do not advise anyone to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendido desde a marcação até a consulta ou exame. Chego cedo e sempre sou atendido no horário. Há de convir que em muitos casos uma consulta ou outra se estende, porém poucas vezes o atraso foi absurdo. Obrigado pelo atendimento desde a recepção até os médicos.
