★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao responsável pela clínica, bom minha indignação foi em questão da má informação no ato de associação se posso dizer, não tem explicação de como funciona eu fiz um parcelamento no cartão no mês 26/09 como meu cartão o vencimento é dia vinte cinco me alegaram que fiquei em débito de um mês sendo que eu queria pagar tudo de uma ves,mas a atendente me aconselhou dividir no cartão olha me arrependi amargamente.

At the clinic the service is good but over the phone it is terrible, especially over watssap because they don't even answer very often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! tinha q fazer uma restauração no dente da frente e a dentista mim perguntou oq eu queria na hora do procedimento. eu n entendi nada pq ela Tinha a obrigação de saber. Pra piorar ela tinha q mecher em um pedacinho do dente ai ela começou a raspa todo meu dente e passou massa em tudo. Depois vi q paquei por uma faceta no valor de 200,00 e ela não vez. Paguei o fluor de 40,00 e ganhei uma limpeza e ela nem lembrou q eu tinha mais procedimento eu tive q falar com ela q ainda tinha mais coisas. Então tive q volta la mais 2 vezes. Pra fazer a limpeza e pra tentar arrumar dinovo o dente da frente q a massa soltou com uma semana. E agora depois de 5 meses tive q volta no meu dentista q eu ia. pq quebrou dinovo de tão mal feito q ficou. O problema é q não foi barato. Foi a primeira e a última. Agora vou ter q pagar uma faceta de vdd em um profissional de vdd pq ali só tem gente q acabou de forma e está mais preocupado com instagram do com dente do cliente igual pude observarno dia. O meu problema foi com a parte odontológico. Quanto as outras áreas não sei. Mais agora tenho ate medo de fazer qualquer outro exame lá.
Terrible!!! I had to do a restoration on my front tooth and the dentist asked me what I wanted at the time of the procedure. I didn't understand anything because she had an obligation to know. To make matters worse, she had to move a little piece of the tooth, then she started to shave all my teeth and put mass on everything. Then I saw that I paid for a facet worth 200.00 and she didn't. I paid the 40.00 fluor and got a cleaning and she didn't even remember that I had another procedure I had to talk to her that there was still more. So I had to go back there 2 more times. To clean and to try to fix again the front tooth that the mass loosened after a week. And now after 5 months I had to go back to my dentist that I was going to. because it broke again so badly made that it was. The problem is, it wasn't cheap. It was the first and the last. Now I'm going to have to pay a real facet to a real professional because there are only people there who are out of shape and are more concerned with instagram than with the customer's tooth as I could observe on the day. My problem was with the dental part. As for the other areas, I don't know. But now I'm even afraid to take any other exam there.
