★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secretárias super incompetentes e desinformadas. Precisava realizar teste vestibular e foi repassado pelo telefone que sim, a clínica fazia. Me fizeram autorizar o exame na Unimed, sendo que NÃO É NECESSÁRIO AUTORIZAR ANTES, e simplesmente a clínica não fornece os exames.
Desculpas não pagam a gasolina do deslocamento de outra cidade, e muito menos o tempo perdido ao esperar 1h30 de atraso por um exame que NÃO É OFERECIDO. Poderia ter procurado em outra clínica pra fazer, total falta de honestidade com o paciente.
Sobra as instalações, não ligaram o ar condicionado porque a clínica estava com "cheiro de tinta". Tenho certeza que qualquer pessoa prefere suportar o cheiro de um ambiente fechado do que assar no calor de quase 40°c do Vale do Aço.
A fono Roberta aparentemente é competente, mas não compensa o transtorno.
No mais, o administrador da página não adiantar responder com abobrinha pra tentar justificar o injustificável. Péssimo atendimento é solucionado com treinamento e gerenciamento de pessoas, investe nisso que é melhor. Espero não precisar de nenhum serviço, nunca mais.
Super incompetent and uninformed secretaries. He needed to take a vestibular test and was told over the phone that yes, the clinic did. They made me authorize the exam at Unimed, and it is NOT NECESSARY TO AUTHORIZE BEFORE, and the clinic simply does not provide the exams.
Excuses don't pay for gas from another city, much less the time lost waiting 1h30 of delay for an exam that IS NOT OFFERED. I could have looked for another clinic to do it, total lack of honesty with the patient.
As for the facilities, they did not turn on the air conditioning because the clinic had a "paint smell". I'm sure anyone would rather endure the smell of a closed environment than bake in the nearly 40°C heat of the Vale do Aço.
Speech Roberta is apparently competent, but does not compensate for the inconvenience.
In addition, the page administrator is useless to respond with zucchini to try to justify the unjustifiable. Bad service is solved with training and people management, invest in what is best. I hope I don't need any service ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal as avaliações positivas só podem ser fake porque a desorganização e despreparo é grande demais. O atendimento da Roberta Fonoaudióloga foi até muito bom. Mas a recepção e estrutura da clínica é ruim, espaço pequeno, quente e muito cheio. Um lugar que tem idosos como cliente não pode ser assim pessoal, descaso demais. O foco parece ser o $$ apenas.
Guys, the positive reviews can only be fake because the disorganization and unpreparedness is too great. The service provided by Roberta Speech Therapist was even very good. But the reception and structure of the clinic is bad, the space is small, hot and very crowded. A place that has the elderly as a customer can't be that personal, too careless. The focus seems to be the $$ only.
