★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 meses para fazer a manutenção da minha churrasqueira eletrica que parou de funcionar com menos de 30 dias de uso, vendedora Kelly simplesmente avisa que não chegou peça, não me avisa e enquanto estou sendo atendida atende OUTRO cliente ao mesmo tempo, péssimo atendimento E informação ao cliente, não recomendo e pior não me devolveu a churrasqueira .
 4 months to do the maintenance of my electric barbecue that stopped working with less than 30 days of use, saleswoman Kelly simply warns that the order has not arrived, does not let me know and while I am being served she serves ANOTHER customer at the same time, terrible service AND information to the customer, I do not recommend it and even worse he did not return the barbecue to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido com educação porém nunca resolveram meu problema, só quero uma fonte pro meu barbeador,apenas isso,eles são a única autorizada na cidade e nem pra dar um retorno eles dão, só falam que "olha,acho que não tem mais viu" esses tipos de frases,nem pra dizer,"olha nós vamos entrar em contato com a fábrica pra certificar se ainda é fabricado ou não e retornamos para você",nem isso,apenas dizem que vão ver e que vão entrar em retorno e nunca mais.
Tá me dando raiva de morar no interior!!!
I was treated politely but they never solved my problem, I just want a font for my shaver, that's all, they're the only authorized one in the city and they don't even give feedback, they just say "look, I don't think there's any more" these types of phrases, not even to say, "look we'll get in touch with the factory to make sure if it's still manufactured or not and we'll get back to you", not even that, just say they'll see and they'll come back and never .
It's making me angry to live in the countryside!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. Serviço extremamente demorado. Deixei um aparelho e levaram 3 meses para resolver pois erraram o conserto da peça.
Perguntando a comerciantes vizinhos todos falam que todos reclamam, pena que não saber disso antes.
Não mostram preocupação com a causa do cliente, não se importam em responder com clareza as questões. Vou para outra cidade mas neste lugar nunca mais!!!
Very bad service. Extremely time-consuming service. I left a device and it took 3 months to solve it because the part was fixed wrong.
Asking neighboring merchants, they all say that everyone complains, it's a pity they didn't know about it before.
They don't show concern for the client's cause, they don't care to answer questions clearly. I'm going to another city but never again in this place!!!
