The product is good but the service is terrible. They do not meet the predetermined delivery time, do not warn, do not give satisfaction, do not worry or value the customer. Disappointed!

De todos os meus desenvolvimentos de fornecedores por região, esta empresa foi a única que me fez esperar 12 dias para informar preço e 20 dias para confirmar layout (sem definição de prazo de entrega).
Não tive retorno nenhuma ligação.
Worst customer service I've ever seen in the market of the state of Sao Paulo.
Of all my supplier developments by region, this company was the only one that made me wait 12 days for pricing and 20 days for layout confirmation (no deadline set).
I had no call back.
