★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio antigo, porteiro, alguns apartamentos estão em ótimo estado, outros nem tanto. Ótima localização por ser ao lado da ufv e no centro. Como se encontra na rua dos estudantes e esta ser muito movimentada, torna um local seguro.
Old building, doorman, some apartments are in great condition, others not so much. Great location for being next to the ufv and in the center. As it is on Student Street and is very busy, it makes it a safe place.
