 The building is very beautiful and with pleasant space. However, it no longer functions as Hotel for some time, being only residential.

I have never stayed at the hotel, but I use the event space every week. It is air-conditioned, although small.

Good hotel! Well maintained, good breakfast, attentive service, half-priced parking, good price and the main one close to the Federal University of Viçosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um restaurante de boa qualidade, boas opções de cardápio. Mas se prepare para sair de lá como se estivesse na cozinha fazendo sua própria refeição. Cheiro e ruído interno muito alto.
It has a restaurant of good quality, good menu options. But prepare to leave there as if you were in the kitchen making your own meal. Smell and internal noise too loud.

No check out não me forneceram a nota fiscal e disseram que seria enviado por e-mail mas passado mais de um mês ainda continuo esperando.
Tento contato telefônico e só da ocupado , ou seja , se soubesse destas coisas antecipadamente teria feito outra escolha pois minhas viagens são de negócios e preciso prestar contas dos gastos.
Não recomendo
Hotel with good accommodation but breakfast could be better due to the daily charge.
At check out they did not provide me with the invoice and said it would be sent by email but after more than a month I was still waiting.
I try to make a phone call and just get busy, that is, if I knew these things in advance I would have made another choice because my travels are business and I need to account for the expenses.
I do not recommend
