No fim das contas recebi uma msg dizendo q não trabalham com o esse tipo de filtro. Sendo q me errolaram a semana toda dizendo q o orçamento chegaria no mesmo dia e nada.

Não foi informado prazo, a vendedora Rosangela me enrrolava todo dia me dizendo q o orçamentochegaria hj , amanhãno máximoate as 15h e etc , c existia um prazo para retornar ao cliente isso tem q ser relatado no ato da solicitação . Outro ponto foi eu ter deixado clalro a minha urgência e a finalidade do filtro .
A comunicação entre loja e cliente e transparência evita certos aborrecimentos e dor de cabeça.

Later response:
The deadline was not informed, the salesperson Rosangela would roll me up every day telling me that the budget would arrive today, at no later than 3 pm and etc., and there was a deadline to return to the client, this has to be reported at the time of the request. Another point was that I made my urgency and the purpose of the filter stand out.
Communication between store and customer and transparency avoids certain annoyances and headaches.
