★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Levei a tampa da minha panela de pressão Tramontina para trocar o cabo que não estava fechando, a mola prendia. A vendedora, além de tentar me ensinar a usar a panela que eu possuo há mais de um ano, insistiu que estava funcional e ficou, literalmente, rindo da minha cara quando eu falei que queria efetuar a troca mesmo com "a trava funcionando". Quando ela foi testar, outra vendedora que estava sentada mexendo no celular ficou falando na minha frente que "a válvula tá com problema, não vai pegar pressão", enquanto outras ficavam cochichando dentro da sala do teste. A vendedora risonha me devolveu a tampa e eu perguntei se a válvula estava com problema, ela me garantiu que não. Pois bem, cheguei em casa e, além de não pegar pressão, agora sai vapor pelo meio do cabo da panela.
Nunca mais. Não recomendo a ninguém essa loja. Atendimento muito pouco profissional, as atendentes e técnicos discutem na frente dos clientes e não tenho mais confiança de pedir para que vejam qual é o problema agora. Resumo: dinheiro jogado no lixo e um constrangimento bastante desagradável.
 Bad experience. I took the lid of my Tramontina pressure cooker to change the cable that was not closing, the spring was holding. The saleswoman, in addition to trying to teach me how to use the pan I have owned for over a year, insisted that it was functional and was literally laughing at me when I said I wanted to make the switch even with "the lock working". When she went to test, another saleswoman who was sitting with her cell phone was talking in front of me that "the valve is in trouble, it won't get pressure", while others were whispering inside the test room. The laughing saleswoman returned the cap to me and I asked if the valve was wrong, she assured me that it was not. Well, I got home and, in addition to not getting any pressure, now steam comes out from the middle of the pot's handle.
Never. I don't recommend this store to anyone. Very unprofessional service, the attendants and technicians argue in front of customers and I no longer have the confidence to ask them to see what the problem is now. Summary: money thrown in the trash and a very unpleasant constraint.

Excellent service. I contacted Tramontina about a pressure cooker purchased outside of Brazil. They replied that Cemello would contact me, which was done immediately. I took the pan and they provided the parts quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci através da lista de assistências técnicas e tenho nada a reclamar. Me atenderam rápido e conseguiram consertar um fogão antigo, que outros técnicos disseram que não tinha conserto. Com certeza usarei a empresa para outros tipos de reparos.
I found it through the list of technical assistance and I have nothing to complain about. They helped me quickly and managed to fix an old stove, which other technicians said was beyond repair. I will definitely use the company for other types of repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei para fazer uma visita técnica na casa da minha sogra, pois comprei um forno de embutir da marca Fischer e o mesmo não vem aquecendo como deveria. Fiz contato com a empresa, que me solicitou a nota fiscal via WhatsApp. Agendaram para o dia 07/02/22 horário comercial e até às 17h30 o técnico não havia aparecido. Liguei para loja e pediram para aguardar e no fim dizer que não iriam mais. Falta de comprometimento e consideração com o cliente. Minha sogra é idosa, faz fisioterapia todos os dias, tinha compromisso e deixou de fazer para aguardar a visita. Bastava um telefonema ou uma mensagem para cancelar a visita, mas preferiram deixar esperando. NÃO RECOMENDO! Péssimo atendimento! Não pediram nem desculpas pelo transtorno.
I made an appointment to make a technical visit to my mother-in-law's house, because I bought a Fischer built-in oven and it is not heating up as it should. I contacted the company, who asked me for the invoice via WhatsApp. They scheduled for 02/07/22 business hours and until 17:30 the technician had not appeared. I called the store and they asked to wait and in the end say they wouldn't go anymore. Lack of commitment and consideration for the customer. My mother-in-law is elderly, she undergoes physiotherapy every day, she had an appointment and stopped doing it to wait for the visit. All it took was a phone call or a message to cancel the visit, but they preferred to keep it waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible attendance! They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
