★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não frequento o estabelecimento mas procurei atendimento veterinário para minha cachorra que passou mal durante a madrugada e para minha surpresa, às 08:30 o local estava fechado. Por volta das 09:00 chegaram alguns funcionários e fui informado que as veterinárias chegavam somente entre as 09:30 e 10:00, que poderia deixar a cachorra no local e depois entrariam em contato. Não concordo com esse tipo de abordagem e com um atendimento veterinário nesse horário, no mínimo deveriam estar no local quando o estabelecimento abre, senão antes. Procurei outro veterinário e fui atendido prontamente. Se precisar de um atendimento veterinário rápido, procure outro local. E para quem não entendeu minha postagem, vou traduzir: não procurei atendimento pela madrugada, procurei atendimento as 08:30 e fui informado que os veterinários só estariam no local por volta das 10:00! Não falei que o local funciona 24h, mas um veterinário chegar às 10h, não concordo e essa é minha opinião.
I don't frequent the establishment but I sought veterinary care for my dog who felt sick during the night and to my surprise, at 08:30 the place was closed. Around 09:00, some employees arrived and I was informed that the vets only arrived between 09:30 and 10:00, that I could leave the dog at the place and then they would get in touch. I do not agree with this type of approach and with veterinary care at this time, at least they should be on site when the establishment opens, if not before. I looked for another vet and was treated promptly. If you need quick veterinary care, look elsewhere. And for those who didn't understand my post, I'll translate: I didn't seek care at dawn, I sought care at 08:30 and was informed that the vets would only be on site around 10:00! I didn't say that the place works 24 hours, but a vet arrives at 10 am, I don't agree and that's my opinion.
