O site não funciona, as vencedoras demoram 3/4 dias pra continuar a conversa, e não consigo finalizar o pedido.

Mandei mensagem pra uma vendedora, perguntei três vezes se poderia fazer o pedido e retirar na loja física, a vendedora apenas mandava a mensagem automática, na terceira vez que perguntei ela só leu e me deixou falando sozinha.
Hoje tentei em todos os outros números e apenas uma pessoa me respondeu e sumiu.
Eu só queria fazer meu pedido, ou que alguém me falasse se o que eu procuro está disponível na loja física pq eu vou buscar, só não quero chegar lá e ser viagem perdida pois moro longe.
Por favor, melhorem o atendimento, é revoltante o descaso com os clientes!!
They should hire more people to meet demand.
I sent a message to a salesperson, asked three times if I could place the order and pick it up at the physical store, the salesperson just sent the automatic message, the third time I asked she just read it and left me talking to myself.
Today I tried all the other numbers and only one person answered and disappeared.
I just wanted to place my order, or someone to tell me if what I'm looking for is available at the physical store because I'm going to get it, I just don't want to get there and be lost because I live far away.
Please improve the service, the disregard for customers is revolting !!
