A médica de plantão as 12:30 no dia 22.04.18 não prestou atendimento adequado, não examinou a paciente, nem dirigiu a palavra e liberou uma pessoa acidentada que urrava de dor dizendo que a mesma não tinha nada. A pessoa acidentada estava com fraturas em algumas vertebras e deveria ter sido imobilizada e encaminhada para internaçao. Mas a enfermeira que acompanhou foi nota 10, um anjo, foi quem nos ouviu e nos orientou e assim conseguimos atendimento adequado em outro hospital.
Terrible. The doctor on duty at 12:30 pm on April 22, 18 did not provide adequate care, did not examine the patient, nor spoke, and released an injured person who was howling in pain saying that she had nothing. The injured person had fractures in some vertebrae and should have been immobilized and sent to hospital. But the nurse who accompanied her was a grade 10, an angel, who listened to us and guided us and so we managed to get adequate care in another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta reformar o PA e deixá-lo lindo por fora.
É preciso deixá-lo lindo de dentro pra fora, com qualidade, médicos dedicados a prestar um bom atendimento, bem como o atendimento na recepção que não é dos melhores.
Esperas intermináveis e atendimentos a jato são especialidades da casa. Dr. Bruno atende pessimamente, não deixando o paciente falar, presta mal atendimento e claro, a jato.
Falta muito pra ser satisfatório!

UMA VERGONHA!
There is no point in renovating the PA and making it look beautiful on the outside.
It is necessary to leave it beautiful from the inside out, with quality, doctors dedicated to providing good care, as well as the service at the reception that is not the best.
Endless waits and jet service are specialties of the house. Dr. Bruno attends very badly, not letting the patient speak, he pays poor service and, of course, by jet.
There is still much to be satisfactory!
