★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal ate difa ,agente liga e ninguem atende toca até cair,quando nao desligam ou tiram do gancho para não nos atender.Ficam de papo e nao estão nen ai para as pessoas .Exijo providencias das autoridades competentes.Hj estou ligando das 8hrs da manha até agora e nada de me atenderem.Obrigada pela oportunidade de me expressar minha indignação,aguardo respostas.
Barely until difficult, agent calls and no one answers rings until they fall, when they do not hang up or take off the hook to not meet us. Stay chat and are not there for people. I demand action from the competent authorities. I am calling from 8 am in the morning so far and no answer. Thank you for the opportunity to express my indignation, I await answers.

Trabalham na area da saúde mas não se importam com as pessoas!

I have a really bad herniated disc, I can barely walk straight and I've only been waiting for a date for the exam for over half a year, but if they don't even answer the phone, how are they going to call me to talk about the exam?

Liguei para tirar dúvidas referente a castração gratuita e me explicaram tudo certinho, inclusive, até me orientaram a chegar bem cedo antes do local abrir e foi o que eu fiz no dia seguinte. Realmente, se eu tivesse chegado às 8h, que era o horário de atendimento, eu perderia minha senha para cadastrar meus bichinhos, cheguei às 7h14 e fui a 15° pessoa na fila, deu 7h30 por aí, as 30 senhas disponíveis já estariam esgotadas. Enfim, atendimento muito bom.
I had great service. I called to ask questions regarding free castration and they explained everything to me right, including, they even guided me to arrive very early before the place opened and that's what I did the next day. Really, if I had arrived at 8 am, which was the opening hours, I would have lost my password to register my pets, I arrived at 7:14 am and I was the 15th person in line, it was around 7:30 am, the 30 passwords available would already be exhausted. All in all, very good service.
