★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço administrativo do prédio é bem pequeno comparado a sua demanda de movimento diário. O local é de fácil acesso, no entanto o estacionamento para funcionários e visitantes fica externo (na rua), pois o espaço que dispõe dentro é pequeno e acaba ficando de uso mais exclusivo dos carros oficiais da pasta. Outro problema são os banheiros que são pequenos e pouco confortáveis e não há distinção para o uso entre funcionários e usuários. Outra sobre o prédio, é que o sistema de escoamento de água tanto dentro como fora, em tempos de grandes chuvas os espaços ficam empossados, o que gera uma dor de cabeça para quem passa por lá. A pavimentação das ruas de frente e de trás poderia melhorar bastante esse quesito.
The administrative space of the building is quite small compared to its demand for daily movement. The place is easily accessible, however the parking for employees and visitors is external (on the street), as the space available inside is small and ends up being used more exclusively by the official cars of the portfolio. Another problem is the bathrooms, which are small and uncomfortable and there is no distinction for use between employees and users. Another one about the building, is that the water drainage system both inside and outside, in times of heavy rain the spaces are installed, which creates a headache for those who pass by. Paving the front and back streets could greatly improve this issue.

Fui dá entrada em uma cirurgia de um cisto no rim neste setor de Regulação,
Mais os Burros desta Repartição, pedirão exames de sangue, eu perguntei quais?
Eles mim Responderão todos,
Kkkkkk kkkkkk só Jesus na causa deste inteligentes intelectuais desta Regulação,
Aí eu disse pra eles que os exames são pedidos quando marca a cirurgia, aí medico pede os exames de Risco cirugicos.e até hoje não dei entrada na minha cirurgia.
