If I could I wouldn't give any stars, but I have to post them. You may die from calling that no living soul answers the phone. It seems that these people who work for the city or for the government are too lazy to work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei eles em novembro de 2021 e me garantiram que assim que começassem o ano me ligariam e que a vaga da creche já era do meu filho, que só precisava efetuar a matrícula na creche, mas que lá na secretaria estava tudo ok. As aulas já voltaram semana passada e até agora não me ligaram. Tento ligar lá e não consigo. Outro dia meu esposo conseguiu, mas aí eles disseram que tem que esperar surgir vaga. TUDO MAL ORGANIZADO. É uma grande falta de respeito com os cidadãos!!!
I looked for them in November 2021 and they assured me that as soon as the year started they would call me and that the daycare place was already for my son, who just needed to register at the daycare, but that everything was ok at the secretary. Classes started back last week and so far they haven't called me. I try to call there and I can't. The other day my husband got it, but then they said he has to wait for a vacancy to appear. ALL BADLY ORGANIZED. It's a great lack of respect for citizens!!!
