★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei aqui era meio dia e pouco , mais de 7 horas esperando um atendimento por que disseram que só tinha uma médica pra tudo e ela estava atendendo a área vermelha, descanso ! Um médico apenas ? Esse BR só vai pra trás !!!
I arrived here at midday and a little, more than 7 hours waiting for an appointment because they said there was only one doctor for everything and she was attending the red area, rest! A doctor only? This BR just goes backwards!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia que fui, fui bem atendido pela recepção, depois fui para triagem e foi + - demorou um pouco pra ser chamado, mas fui bem atendido pelo médico e ele fez o possível, porém não tem muito equipamento e não fazem alguns tipos de exames.
The day I went, I was well attended by the reception, then I went for screening and it was + - it took a while to be called, but I was well attended by the doctor and he did his best, but he doesn't have much equipment and they don't do some types of exams .

Terribly the worst UPA I have not been to in my life, it took me more than 4 hours to be attended to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência na UPA de Sotave, nunca foi ruim. O atendimento é tranquilo, não é maravilhoso, pois alguns profissionais precisariam ser mais atentos, diminuir o uso de celular, no momento que atende aos pacientes...mas é organizado.
My experience at the UPA in Sotave has never been bad. The service is quiet, it's not wonderful, because some professionals would need to be more attentive, reduce the use of cell phones, when seeing patients... but it's organized.

A real terror, the service is even fast but it's absurd to wait more than 12 hours for a urine test result!!
