★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, vou falar por mim cada um teve sua experiência lá né?! A minha é quê...todas as vezes que fui na UPA o atendimento foi rápido e eficaz até o resultado do exame de sangue saiu em 5h> (que pro SUS tá bonzinho) lógico tem muito o que MELHORAR FALTA muita coisa.
Sempre que precisei fui atendida sim.
Well, I will speak for myself each one had their experience there, right ?! Mine is what ... every time I went to the UPA the service was quick and effective until the blood test result came out in 5h> (which for SUS is okay) of course there is a lot to improve LACKS a lot.
Whenever I needed, I was answered.

Quase 24h que dei entrada na unidade
Total disregard! 13 hours to be transferred to a hospital and nothing! Not even an ambulance arrives!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total!!! Minha mãe deu entrada na UPA dia 14/06 com uma torção no pé . Em seguida minha mãe apresentou dificuldade para respirar. De imediato colocarão ela na ala do COVID sem saber de fato o que ela tinha . Foi realizado o teste rápido do COVID e deu negativo. Ok! Em seguida foi informada que minha mãe seria transferida para o MATADOURO EVANGÉLICO. Fomos orientados pelo SERVIÇO SOCIAL a aguardamos o BOLETIM DO MÉDICO ASSIM COMO A TRANSFERÊNCIA NA PARTE EXTERNA PARA EVITAR CONTÁGIO E QUE SERÍAMOS INFORMADOS SOBRE O BOLETIM. Isso era exatamente 13;00 . Procurei o serviço social para saber pq demorava tanto , fui informada que tinha que aguardar. Enquanto aguardava transferiram minha mãe uma idosa de 78 anos sem comunicarem nada . Já era mais de 15:00 qnd uma médica do hospital evangélico ligou procurando saber quais os medicamentos minha mãe era alérgica . Daí informei que minha mãe ainda estava vá UPA pq eu e meu pai estávamos lá justamente para acompanhar. Daí procurei o Serviço Social da UPA E PASME FUI INFORMADA QUE MINHA MÃE ESTAVA NA UPA PQ SEGUNDO A ASSISTENTE O MOME DELA CONTAVA NO SISTEMA. Aí ela me perguntou que tinha passado esta informação!! Eu disse que a médica fulana de tal ligou procurando saber quais os medicamentos ela era alérgica . Quando falei o nome da médica a assistem sócia ficou pasma e ligou para sala amarela onde foi confirmado que minha mãe realmente tinha sido transferida. VEJAM QUE ABSURDO!!! nem o próprio serviço social sabia EU QUE INFORMEI DA TRANSFERÊNCIA . Total descaso e desrespeito agora querem culpar minha mãe, e a família dizendo que fomos informados (qnd na vdd EU que informei a ela sobre a transferência da minha mãe) e dizendo que o teste do COVID foi entregue a minha mãe qnd na vdd a médica informou de boca o resultado do exame. Hj foi confirmado que minha mãe tem chicungunya porém está numa ala de COVID pq essas foram as informações que a UPA PASSOU PARA O MATADOURO DO HOSPITAL EVANGÉLICO.
Total neglect!!! My mother was admitted to the UPA on 06/14 with a sprained foot. Then my mother had difficulty breathing. They will immediately put her in the COVID wing without really knowing what she had. The rapid COVID test was performed and it was negative. OK! Then she was informed that my mother would be transferred to the EVANGELICAL SLAUGHTERHOUSE. We were instructed by the SOCIAL SERVICE to wait for the DOCTOR'S BULLETIN AS WELL AS THE TRANSFER TO THE OUTSIDE TO AVOID CONTAGION AND THAT WE WOULD BE INFORMED ABOUT THE BULLETIN. That was exactly 13:00. I looked for social services to find out why it took so long, I was informed that I had to wait. While I was waiting, my mother, a 78-year-old woman, was transferred without communicating anything. It was already more than 15:00 qnd a doctor from the evangelical hospital called to find out what medications my mother was allergic to. Then I informed that my mother was still going to the UPA because my father and I were there just to accompany her. Then I looked for the UPA Social Service AND AMAZING I WAS INFORMED THAT MY MOTHER WAS IN THE UPA BECAUSE THE ASSISTANT ACCORDING TO HER MOME WAS IN THE SYSTEM. Then she asked me who had given this information!! I said that the doctor so-and-so called to find out what medications she was allergic to. When I said the name of the doctor, the partner was amazed and called the yellow room where it was confirmed that my mother had really been transferred. SEE THAT ABSURD!!! not even the social service knew I WAS INFORMED OF THE TRANSFER. Total disregard and disrespect now want to blame my mother, and the family saying that we were informed (qnd on vdd I informed her about my mother's transfer) and saying that the COVID test was given to my mother qnd on vdd the doctor he informed the test result by mouth. Today it was confirmed that my mother has chicungunya but she is in a COVID ward because this was the information that the UPA PASSED TO THE HOSPITAL EVANGELICAL SLAUGHTERHOUSE.
