★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construídos em 1780, o Casarão possui paredes externas em taipa de pilão e internas de taipa de mão. O telhado é de quatro águas com telhas de barro do tipo “capa e canal” e os forros são de madeira. O mais curioso nessa construção colonial é o armário que existe no quarto principal, que ainda dá acesso ao forro e, no passado ao porão, hoje aterrado.
Built in 1780, the Casarão has external walls in rammed earth and internal walls of rammed earth. The roof is gabled with clay tiles of the “cover and channel” type and the ceilings are made of wood. The most curious thing about this colonial building is the closet that exists in the master bedroom, which still gives access to the ceiling and, in the past, to the basement, now grounded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente ele está fechado desde fevereiro de 2020, a situação encontra-se precário (interditado) mas a história do Museu e do que realmente aconteceu no passado me interessa e me vacina muito. Voltarei depois das obras, futuras, para conhecer esse lugar cheio de belas histórias.
Unfortunately it has been closed since February 2020, the situation is precarious (closed) but the history of the Museum and what really happened in the past interests me and vaccinates me a lot. I will return after the works, in the future, to discover this place full of beautiful stories.
