★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is surprisingly well conserved. The zoo crew makes a really good job in keeping the place tidy (which is an exception for Brazilian public places). Very good for family trips and small children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to in family, 2 to 4 hours is enough to see all the animals, if necessary there are spots of drinking water through the park and a pic-nic area, and a restaurant inside the park, but not so good, outside has another options even better and cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Zoo! Very well cleaned and maintained. A lot of animals. Just felt sorry for some of the big cats, that seemed to have little space.
There's no parking, but neat the entrance there are some, a little expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Will visit again. Need pay R$ 8 for entry. Have beautiful snakes , beautiful Brazilian birds , monkeys with big trees , river side. Have padaria near the riverside with various tasty food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice zoo, great animals. Had the chance to see a few babies too! Too bad that a big part of the museum is under renovations and I couldn't see the museum and the small bird cages.
