Fiz pedido de 2 pratos no mesmo horário, em 20 minutos chegou o macarrão do acompanhante, fiquei aguardando meu prato com carne, conferi com o garçom o pedido estava na cozinha, disse que já ia fazer. Após 15 minutos perguntei de novo, o garçom disse que infelizmente meu prato ainda demoraria 25 minutos porque a casa estava cheia, tipo uns 30%. Sai sem comer. Anotaram minha reclamação para passar para o gerente que não estava presente no sábado à noite.
Unfortunately bad. I ordered 2 dishes at the same time, the companion's pasta arrived in 20 minutes, I waited for my plate with meat, I checked with the waiter the order was in the kitchen, I said I was going to do it. After 15 minutes I asked again, the waiter said that unfortunately my plate would still take 25 minutes because the house was full, like 30%. Leave without eating. They wrote down my complaint to pass it on to the manager who wasn't there on Saturday night.

Esperei 1h e 30min pela refeição, levaram para outra mesa e quando reclamamos a garçom falou "querem o prato que está lá ou preferem cancelar o pedido?" péssimo, péssimo, péssimo. Experiência horrível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre pedia por delivery, resolvi visitar em um sábado a noite, o lugar não estava lotado, chegamos e não fomos recebidos, escolhemos uma mesa sozinhos. Esperamos alguém vir atender, e trazer o tablet, para fazermos o pedido, ninguém veio, estavam limpando mesas dentro do salão. Tentei chamar mas não houve sucesso. A comida é boa, mas o atendimento presencial é horrível.
I always asked for delivery, I decided to visit on a Saturday night, the place was not crowded, we arrived and were not received, we chose a table alone. We waited for someone to come and take the tablet, to place the order, no one came, they were cleaning tables inside the hall. I tried calling but to no avail. The food is good, but the customer service is horrible.
