★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitam o cliente, não dão suporte para o cliente. Internet agora caindo religiosamente toda sexta feira e voltando apenas sábado meio dia. A empresa não presta satisfação ao cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, internet cai td hr , o atendimento e péssimo, se vc tiver com algum problema q dependa da visita do técnico esqueça , vc vai ficar 1 semana sem internet por falta de competência dos funcionários, o sistema de dados dos clientes e totalmente desorganizado ,entre muitos outros problemas .Se essa for sua única opção de provedor de internet e mlhr vc usar o seu 3G msm , vc vai ter menos gasto e menos dor de cabeça
Horrible, internet drops td hr, the service is terrible, if you have a problem depending on the visit of the technician forget, you will be 1 week without internet due to lack of staff competence, the customer data system is totally disorganized among many other problems .If this is your only internet provider and mlhr option u use your 3G msm, you will have less expense and less headache

Fim de semana? Sem conexão. Chove? Sem conexão. Faz sol? Sem conexão.
Atendentes não atendem!!! Contato não dá retorno!
Com o passar dos anos o serviço só piorou. E fazem isso por não terem concorrência na região. PIOR SERVIÇO É IMPOSSÍVEL. Mas o boleto... Esse vem precedido de aviso 15 dias antes do vencimento!
E não tem concorrente, AINDA, nessa parte da cidade!

Weekend? No connection. Does it rain? No connection. It's sunny? No connection.
Attendants do not answer !!! Contact does not return!
Over the years the service has only gotten worse. And they do this because they have no competition in the region. WORST SERVICE IS IMPOSSIBLE. But the boleto ... This is preceded by a notice 15 days before the due date!
And there is no competitor, STILL, in that part of the city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo de internet, estamos tentando dar chances há mais de 1 ano, porque dizem que estão melhorando mas nada de concreto ainda. Fizemos um teste recente, há 2 meses abrimos uma loja em Lagoa Santa e colocamos a Inet*#$ esta NUNCA caiu ou quando reduz a velocidade, reduz muito pouco. Já a MWF, não tem jeito. Péssimo atendimento dos atendentes , péssimo mesmo (diferente da Inet*@+$). A internet é rápida , mas de que adianta ser rápida se o sinal não chega ? Enfim, na minha residência vamos trocar de empresa e não indico a MWF a ninguém, palavras de quem é cliente deles há um ano esperando por melhorias... Aqui em casa a gente fica dias sem internet , horas sem internet , e não, não é modem pois este já foi trocado! NAO RECOMENDO pra não passar raiva principalmente pra quem depende de internet para trabalho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. A velocidade é boa, o problema é só o sinal chegar de forma consistente. Indiferente do horário, da demanda, durante mesmo a madrugada é inconsistente. O pior, se cair a conexão te pedem 24h, só que como só trabalham em horário comercial essas 24h se tornam dias, ou seja, tem que esperar pelo menos três dias para o serviço voltar. As vezes cai com chuva forte, se pode até tentar entender, mas na maioria das vezes cai sem motivo algum. Serviço imprestável, gera desgaste e prejuízo deveriam se retirar do mercado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse estrelas negativas eu daria - 1000 estrelas para esta empresa despreparada sem relacionamento nenhum com o cliente. Cortaram o meu acesso de internet com o meu boleto quitado e ainda ficaram pedindo comprovantes para religar. Tive um prejuízo enorme com meus profissionais que ficaram sem trabalhar por conta da falta de respeito e compromisso desta empresa.
Não indico nunca. O acesso cai toda hora, ficam o dia todo sem internet falando que a fibra arrebentou em um lugar x ou y e assim vamos pagando e ficando sem acesso.
If I had negative stars I would give - 1000 stars to this unprepared company with no relationship with the customer. They cut my internet access with my payment slip and were still asking for proofs to reconnect. I had a huge loss with my professionals who were left without work due to the lack of respect and commitment of this company.
I never indicate. Access goes down all the time, they go all day without internet saying that the fiber broke in one place x or y and so we are paying and being without access.
